Production Blog- Editing
As I had some help from my friend who is very good when it comes to electronics, he had helped me get the transitions I wanted for my opening horror sequence. Crafting my own horror opening sequence involves attention to detail, and a key understanding of a storytelling. One part of the film is when the motorcycle rumbles to come to life, and the light turned on the entire screen will then turn white from the motorcycles light, this will lead to a flashback. As this is to also show an idea of the story that the opening sequence is trying to portray, as well as keeping the viewers on the edge. I loved to experiment with sound design, as I slowed the tempo of the musics, or elevated the clicks of the heels from the female walking down the street. The unsettling sound effects to immerse the audience with the film of suspense.
