Pitch A- Flickering Christmas lights all over the desk as the wind blows the pages of the book to a specific page that has words that contribute to something later on.  Pitch B- A man who won't show his face observes a woman with red heels through her living room window on Christmas morning. Discuss Pitch A- Showing the words on the page of the book gives the opening sequence suspense and plot. I would like to make this opening sequence as I could have this set up simply at my house. With the Christmas lights showing I could have this movie idea turn in any direction I would like to.  Discuss Pitch B- I would like to create this film because it creates a little suspense on who this man is and the relation of this man to this woman. Also, the red shoes are incorporated into this film. Is the man watching the woman or the red heels? As well as the reason for his pen and paper.   Hello, I have decided to do my Final Task opening sequence by myself, Nila Lewis. For this reason, I have full creativity and flexibility with time, editing, and making the video. I would feel as if it would be fun and easier to have films by myself with the help of some friends and family. I could incorporate my ideas and use them promptly. I'm going to have the help of some of my friends to help with my production for this opening sequence. As well as, using help from their ideas and input. I usually have good ideas and my friends help incorporate themselves into my videos or help me with the process of making the films. Im excited to start my opening sequence for my Final Task and cant wait how I create this and how it will finish off. 

  Hello, Welcome to my  Final Task Blog! This will be a journey and an experience to learn to incorporate all my film ideas into real life. As well as learn everything that comes with filming. You will be seeing my thoughts about all the plans i have for my opening sequence, and experience through out my process. I am Nila Lewis, I am a senior in High School. I am 18 years ago that is originally from Turkey and moved down here for middle school and so fourth. I'm a creative person, that loves art as well. I love listening to music, my friends and i love to go on drives with the music on in the car, it keeps us relaxed and takes our mind off of things that may have stressed us out. I like walking on the beach. Especially as the sun sets. I also love waking up an hour early before school with friends and watching the sunrise. As this also wakes me up for the school day. My video engages the audience by the editing of my video and the title. The view of the night sky in the beginning. This video represents social groups because it shows the two ends of the people talking and having a conversation as they are in two different social groups.  This project helped me learn and develop my production skills by researching and watching multiple music videos to g et more ideas and understanding. I also was able to get more comfortable with being in front of the camera.  I integrated online research into my project, I used an iPhone for the videoing, and a computer for the music so I could listen while videoing. I then used editing apps on my computer as well as on my iPhone to create this video.

 With the help of my friends i had finally finished the music video. I used my friends Alan's part of the video as if me and him were on the phone throughout the entire conversational lyrics. We acted with what the lyrics of the music said, into the music video. I danced in the rain for the romance and dancing part of the video with a friend and it was pretty fun. I recorded my first part in the car to match my friends part to him sitting in the car. I videoed me showing my house to match the lyrics about the clean house and pool, to match the lyrics of the song. This video was fun to make, as well as having a good song. I love bruno mars and his music so i liked how everything went about and turned out with the music video.

 Today I researched about editing applications as well as the usages of these applications. "Megisto" has been the new application for editing my music video. This app provides formatting for your videos, templates, styles, titles and music. My plan is to use this app for the title and style for my music video. I am also thinking to use Imovie as well once again. I was thinking to add the music through Imovie. I had my friend video himself as if he was talking on the phone, as me on the other line. I used his video to start off the music video as the conversational lyrics started coming through. The videos were a bit complicated to cut in clips nicely. However it worked out. I used Imovie for this, to be able to cut through clips.
